ISO-LAM insulating panels are ideal for insulating roofs, ceilings and walls as they provide the unique advantage of a permanent maintenance free internal surface. ISO-LAM panels consist of Isolite Fire Retardant EPS sheets laminated on one face with a PVC skin. View our suspended ceiling brochure for more information.
- Thermal: EPS has excellent thermal properties and the thermal resistance “R” of the panels range from 1.1 for 40mm panels to 2.0 for 75mm panels. The maximum working temperature of ISO-LAM panels is 80°C
- Fire: ISO-LAM panels have been tested by an independent testing authority and have been classified as class B / B1 / 2 / H&V. This means that from a fire safety point of view ISO-LAM may be used in all industrial and commercial buildings as an under-roof and side cladding insulation material.
- Moisture: ISO-LAM panels are non-hygroscopic and not affected by moisture retaining their strength even in damp conditions, promoting their use in the food industry where hygiene is paramount.
- General: ISO-LAM panels are not affected by bacteria, mould or fungi and have no nutrient value for insects, birds or vermin. They will remain effective as an insulant for the life of the building.
ISO-LAM panels are non-toxic and washable, making them 100% hygienic and suitable for use in food production environments. Expanded polystyrene can be recycled in many ways and ISOLITE recycles all EPS scrap. Please visit our Recycling page to learn more.
ISO-LAM panels come in two different moulding patterns with standard colours being white and marble. We can offer more colours based on contract size. Please contact us for more information.
ISO-LAM panels are available in thicknesses from 40mm to 75mm. Standard lengths are 600mm, 1200mm, 2400mm, 3600mm and 4800mm with the standard width of 1200mm.
